Anthony [Tony] Powell, Managing Director, oversees the firm’s strategic growth and client delivery functions. With over 30 years of experience as a Senior Strategy and Operations Executive, Tony partners with hospital and health system leaders to enhance performance through his expertise in strategy and organizational transformation efforts.

Notable projects include: the design, development, and implementation of a state-wide, multi-hospital health system; the alignment and integration of a nationally recognized medical university’s hospital, faculty practice plan, and college of medicine; the alignment of a multi-hospital community system’s ambulatory network and clinical delivery capabilities; and the development of an AMC/Community Hospital affiliation and acquisition strategy.

Prior to joining KCG, Tony was a member of the executive team at Blackbaud [BLKB], a $4.4B publicly traded technology-solutions company serving the global nonprofit market, where he oversaw global professional services and enterprise sales. During his tenure, his divisions consistently grew at a CAGR of 40% with the company tripling in size. Preceding Blackbaud, Tony spent nearly a decade leading regional and national nonprofits’ development functions – his last role being at the Smithsonian Institution in Washington, DC.

Tony’s leadership at KCG has received national recognition. KCG has been included in Inc. Magazine’s ‘Inc. 5000 Fastest Growing Companies’ and has been featured in Consulting Magazine as both a ‘Firm to Watch’ and a ‘Fastest Growing Firm.’ In addition to his accomplishments at the firm, Tony also serves as an Associate in the Department of Health Policy and Management at the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health. Tony earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and English from Allegheny College.

Brittany Hall, Practice Leader – Service Delivery, joined KCG in Fall 2023 and is accountable for client success, customer value creation for the firm, and firm operations. With over 14 years of experience in operations and management consulting, Brittany partners with clients to improve performance and streamline efficiencies utilizing her expertise in operational excellence, process improvement, and performance management. Notable projects include: the design, development, and implementation of a central physician onboarding tool and process for a large, complex hospital system; the alignment, integration, and implementation of a centralized Medical Staff Services office across a multi-faceted, matrixed hospital system; and the development and implementation of a go forward product strategy for a healthcare software provider to ensure sustained market competitiveness.

Prior to joining KCG, Brittany spent five years in management consulting at McKinsey & Company in the Implementation and Operations practices, where she led multifaceted teams and partnered with clients across industries to solve complex business challenges, focusing on transformations, organizational health & design, performance optimization, and client coaching. Notable projects included the development and implementation of multi-million-dollar operational transformations, organizational restructuring optimization, and the design and delivery of a global leadership capability building program. Brittany regularly facilitated internal and client training and served as the global lead for one of McKinsey’s operations capability building products. Prior to consulting, Brittany held roles in program management and engineering at GE Power.

Brittany received a Master of Business Administration, Master of Science in Biomedical Engineering, and Bachelor of Science in Microbiology from Clemson University.

Todd Leach, Principal and Practice Leader, Technology Strategy & Enablement, joined KCG in Summer 2025. With more than 35 years of experience in information technology, both in healthcare and academic settings, he has extensive experience leading and is committed to ensuring information technology is effectively and optimally applied to achieve strategic and operational goals.

Prior to KCG, Todd served as the Chief Information Officer at the Medical University of South Carolina (MUSC) and the University of Texas Medical Branch (UTMB), where he also held leadership positions in revenue cycle operations. In these roles, he has led key IT initiatives and improvements in areas such as governance, support for mergers and acquisitions, strategic planning, operational management, service delivery, and technology refresh planning. Todd has additionally worked as a consultant with Chartis and KPMG in project management, IT leadership recruitment, and business development engagements.

Todd holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Slippery Rock University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Houston Clear Lake.

Cindy Pearcy, Principal, provides leadership and insight for firm engagements. She is passionate about helping clients design and implement strategy and coaching others to succeed. She has over 20 years of experience in management consulting with a focus on implementing strategic planning, implementing transformational change, governance structure design, and program and project management.

Prior to supporting KCG, Cindy was a Senior Manager in Deloitte Consulting’s federal healthcare practice where she led a portfolio of projects including transformational change in medical supply chain, executive coaching for VA hospitals, and program management and accountability for major government restructuring programs. She regularly coached at Deloitte University’s training programs. She honed her skills in group facilitation, mentored diverse teams and is known for bringing order to chaos and leading drama-free projects.

Cindy has been a professional consultant for over 20 years supporting the Veterans Health Administration, US Army Medical Command, USAF Air Education and Training Command, organizations at Brooks City Base, and both the 1995 and 2005 rounds of Base Realignment and Closure (BRAC). Prior to entering consulting, Cindy taught graduate level courses in finance and budgeting and worked in corporate accounting and finance for General Electric and its subsidiaries.

Cindy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Furman University, a Master of Business Administration from Boston University, and certifications from GE’s Financial Management Program certification (FMP) and the Project Management Institute (PMP).

Ryan Bertram is a healthcare management consultant with nearly 20 years of experience advising health system leadership, academic medical centers, physician enterprises, and healthcare investors through complex strategic and operational change. He has led engagements that consistently sit at the intersection of strategy and execution — physician alignment and compensation, digital transformation, care model innovation, enterprise strategy, organizational and governance redesign, and M&A.

Notable engagement experience: physician alignment, funds flow optimization, and compensation plan design for multiple academic medical centers; enterprise strategic planning for a premier academic health system, with an emphasis on the role of digital health and innovation; strategic evaluation of a proposed combination of an academic health system, a regional community system, and a national integrated delivery network; business planning and launch of a population health management company; strategic diligence for private equity firms investing in value-based primary care, multi-specialty physician groups, and behavioral health platforms; and go-to-market and technology vendor evaluation for digital health, patient engagement, and care-at-home platforms.

Prior to working with Knowledge Capital Group, Mr. Bertram was a Partner at Chartis, and a leader in the firm’s Digital & Technology Transformation and Strategy practices. He began his career at ZS Associates, designing sales force compensation and decision-support systems for pharmaceutical clients. Mr. Bertram also has experience in qualitative and quantitative market research in the biotechnology and medical device sectors.

Mr. Bertram holds an MBA with honors from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and an MS and BS in biomedical engineering from Northwestern University.

Michele Sancricca has extensive experience in delivering complex business transformation projects in both private and public companies. Previously, Michele held senior roles as the Head of Supply Chain Solutions at Amazon, Global Head of Technology at Amazon Web Services, and Director of MSC. Michele enhanced organization and client profitability through the improvement of existing processes and the adoption of cutting-edge digital technologies.

Michele is a retired Italian Naval Officer and earned his Master of Science in Political Science from the Italian Naval Academy, Master of Business Administration from Middlesex University of London, and has a black belt Six Sigma Master Certificate. Michele is also the co-author of multiple supply chain optimization publications and patents.

A fitness and sailing enthusiast originally from Tuscany, Michele now calls Charleston home, where he enjoys spending his free time with his beloved wife and his two children.

Mark Thomas, Advisor, joined KCG in 2026. He brings over 20 years of experience in enterprise strategy, value consulting, and go-to-market operations, with a current focus on helping organizations design and deploy AI solutions that drive measurable performance improvement.

Prior to KCG, Mark served as Director of Global Value Strategy & Operations at Workday, where he led strategy and operations for a 130-person global practice dedicated to helping Workday’s largest customers maximize the value delivered by the platform. His team modernized the end-to-end value-selling system — spanning processes, training, and tooling — contributing to measurable improvements in win rates and renewal rates across multiple business lines. He also unified three independent regional teams into a single global operating model spanning North America, EMEA, and Asia Pacific. Earlier at Workday, he rebuilt the company’s Value Realization function from the ground up, establishing the global standard for benchmarking customer value across Workday’s full portfolio and transforming the program into the company’s primary source of customer evidence.

Mark began his career in technology consulting and professional services, including roles at Capgemini, Blackbaud — where he progressed to Director of Professional Services and led operations across the US and Europe — and EVA Dimensions, where he helped CFOs benchmark shareholder value using advanced financial methodologies. He now leads Momentum Advisors, where he conducts AI readiness assessments and builds working AI systems for small and mid-sized businesses.

Mark earned his MBA with a focus in Entrepreneurial Leadership from Carnegie Mellon’s Tepper School of Business on a full scholarship, and a BBA in Marketing from Loyola College’s Sellinger School of Business, graduating Cum Laude.

Chrissie Hamilton, Manager, joined KCG in Fall 2018. Her experience focuses on strategic alignment, organizational transformation, and performance improvement for academic health systems and community hospitals.

Notable projects include: developing enterprise-wide strategic and operational plans for 18 clinical service lines within an academic medical center; designing and leading a system-level accountability process to drive alignment and execution across executive and functional leaders; and supporting organizational and governance redesigns to enable health system growth and post-acquisition integration. In addition to client work, she plays a key internal leadership role at KCG, mentoring and coaching junior associates and supporting business development and client relationship management.

Prior to KCG, Chrissie spent six years at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, where she was a Portfolio Management Officer in the commercial banking sector, managing a portfolio exceeding $900M in loan commitments to public and private clients across multiple industries.

Chrissie earned a Master of Business Administration from the Darden School of Business at the University of Virginia and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with Distinction from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

David Jablonowski, Senior Consultant, joined KCG in Spring 2022. In his role, he leads projects and supports the team in delivering strategic and operational optimization initiatives. With extensive experience in leading complex operational teams, David has a proven track record of partnering with healthcare providers to achieve impactful industry results.

Since joining KCG, he has spearheaded high-impact strategic and operational initiatives across a diverse portfolio of engagements. Most recently, he served as Interim Senior Manager for a newly formed internal IS Project Management team within an academic health system, where he built and led a cross-functional team, established scalable processes, and managed diverse direct reports to drive operational improvements and successful project execution. He continues to partner with key service line leaders to strengthen accountability and advance development. His commitment to aligning project goals with client objectives, identifying opportunities for improvement, and fostering long-term sustainability ensures lasting value in his work.

Prior to his tenure at KCG, David held various positions in physician practice management and healthcare operations. His previous roles include Administrative Fellow and Director of Operations at UPMC in Pittsburgh, PA; Division Administrator for the MUSC Department of Psychiatry; and Practice Administrator for a large, independent rheumatology group in Charleston, SC. David has demonstrated expertise in optimizing team structures to enhance collaboration and efficiency, leveraging market and clinical data to drive strategic decisions, and improving organizational performance. Notably, he successfully planned, launched, and managed an integrated outpatient center, enhancing operational processes and elevating the patient experience.

He was recently nominated in 2026 to serve on the Southeast Society for Healthcare Strategy and Market Development Board of Directors [SESHSMD], where he partners with healthcare leaders across the Southeast to advance education, networking, and strategic collaboration.

David earned an Master in Healthcare Administration from the Medical University of South Carolina and a Bachelor of Science in Health Policy and Administration from The Pennsylvania State University.

Katie Wagner, Senior Consultant, joined KCG in Summer 2022. In her role, she leads and supports complex healthcare strategy and performance initiatives, with a focus on operational execution, governance, and cross-functional alignment. Katie brings experience overseeing large-scale projects that require disciplined planning, stakeholder coordination, and measurable outcomes.

Since joining KCG, Katie has played a central role in the build, operationalization, and activation of a $100 million Behavioral Health hospital. During the proposal and planning phases, she conducted market and growth analyses to validate regional demand and inform service development. She also established and supported a joint governance and decision-making structure among community and health system partners, focused on metrics and performance tracking to ensure the facility’s longevity, mission, and accessibility. More recently, Katie has supported the operational alignment of two health systems, partnering with executive and functional leaders to align operating models, standardize processes, and support enterprise-wide decision-making. Across engagements, Katie is known for translating strategic intent into executable plans, building effective operating structures, and leveraging metrics and performance tracking to drive informed decisions.

Prior to joining KCG, Katie served as Associate Administrator at HCA Healthcare’s Trident Medical Center, where she led multiple departments and partnered with multidisciplinary teams to advance care delivery goals. Her work focused on operational optimization, process improvement, employee engagement, and cost management, contributing to improved performance and quality outcomes.

Katie earned both her Master of Health Administration and Bachelor of Arts from the University of Florida.

Misty Antonacci, Consultant, joined KCG in Fall 2018 with a passion for turning complex processes into practical tools that improve operational efficiency and decision-making. Her work focuses on designing and implementing scalable solutions, dashboards, and workflows that support complex engagements.

Since joining KCG, Misty has supported numerous client engagements, including the standardization of provider recruitment workflows for a community health network and the development of a physician onboarding management tool for an academic health system. Alongside her client work, she plays an active role in supporting internal firm operations and financial initiatives.

Misty began her career at KCG as an intern during her senior year at the College of Charleston, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics with a concentration in Actuarial Studies. She also completed a minor in Women’s and Gender Studies and conducted research focused on women in STEM fields. Misty graduated magna cum laude from the Honors College in May 2019 and joined KCG full time.

Lauren Ollis, Associate, joined KCG in Fall 2020. Since joining KCG, Lauren has supported clients on a variety of strategic and operational initiatives. Notable projects include the implementation and operationalization of a $100M Behavioral Health hospital, development of a Cellular & Gene Therapy service line strategy, and supporting ongoing strategic accountability and performance tracking for 12+ health system service lines. Beyond client engagements, Lauren facilitates various internal operations across the firm to optimize business development processes and other internal capabilities.

Lauren joined KCG as an intern while studying at the College of Charleston, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in International Business and minors in Marketing and Italian Studies in May 2022. She additionally graduated summa cum laude from the Honors College at the College of Charleston and joined the KCG team full time shortly after.

Samantha Whitney, Associate, joined KCG in Summer 2025. In her role at KCG, Samantha helps clients navigate strategic, operational, and organizational challenges. With experience in both clinical and hospital-based settings, she brings a thoughtful, analytical approach to improving performance and patient-centered care. Samantha’s notable recent projects include supporting the implementation of a centralized Medical Staff Services office across a matrixed hospital system, continued strategic accountability and performance tracking for several clinical service lines, and ongoing program management for an AMC’s federated physician credentialing/ onboarding function. Samantha also aids internal operations across the firm, supporting our internal events and recruitment efforts.

Prior to joining KCG, Samantha completed her Administrative Residency with HCA Gulf Coast Division, contributing to projects that supported medical assistant training, onboarding, and clinical workflow optimization. She also worked alongside strategy leaders to refine service area definitions and inform hospital growth planning efforts.

Samantha earned her Master of Business Administration in Healthcare Administration from Baylor University, where she was actively involved in research and leadership. She also holds dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Business Fellows and Economics from Baylor’s Honors College, with a minor in French.

Sadie received her Master of Bark-istry with a focus in Tail Wagging from Labrador University. A valued member of the KCG team, Sadie plays a vital role in keeping KCG’s work environment a ‘pawsitive place.’ Her hobbies include long walks in the park, sniffing, and sailing with her family.
